...The Mount Olivet Baptist Church was located at East 125th st facing the Harlem River. During a day shortly after the civil war era. 24 members of the church walked to the Harlem River for a ceremonial libation. Of the group were nine women and 14 men. The event receive wide press coverage.

Waterfront Park built by DOT caves in after 2yrs after construction. Community has been waiting for the renovations of the delipated waterfront park for over 3 yrs.
Uncovered Road Salt Pile placed along the waters edge of the Harlem River. With the advant of wind and rain, toxic dust particles discharge into the air and runs-off into the water. Road Salt is a classified toxic substance. Toxic chemicals from Road Salt are known to cause cancer of the lungs and breast.
